We describe a strategy for comprehending signaling pathways that are active in lung cancer cells and that are targeted by dasatinib using chemical proteomics to identify direct interacting proteins combined with immunoaffinity purification of tyrosine-phosphorylated peptides corresponding to activated tyrosine kinases.
