ABSTRACT: We demonstrated a convenient, flexible and modular synthetic approach for preparation of a small library of DNA-encapsulated supramolecular nanoparticles SNPs superset DNA and RGD-SNPs superset DNA with different sizes and RGD target ligand coverage for targeted gene delivery.
