Project description:In the title compound, C(20)H(27)N(3)O(4), both cyclo-hexane rings adopt chair conformations. The benzene ring and the amide group are oriented at a dihedral angle of 62.1?(2)°. In the crystal structure, inter-molecular N-H?O and C-H?O hydrogen bonds link the mol-ecules into chains propagating in [010], which contain R(2) (2)(12) ring motifs.

Project description:In the title compound, C(14)H(17)N(3)O(3)S, the nitro group is twisted slightly by 2.6?(3)° from the benzene ring plane and the thio-ureido group makes a dihedral angle of 52.06?(4)° with the benzene ring. The cyclo-hexyl ring displays a chair conformation. An intra-molecular N-H?O inter-action is present. In the crystal, inter-molecular N-H?S hydrogen bonds link the mol-ecules into centrosymmetric dimers. ?-? inter-actions between inversion-related benzene rings (centroid-centroid distance = 4.044?Å) and C-H?? inter-actions (H?centroid distance = 3.116?Å) between one methyl-ene cyclo-hexyl H atom and the benzene ring are also present.

Project description:The structure of the title thio-urea derivative, C(14)H(16)N(4)O(5)S, features an almost planar central C(2)N(2)OS fragment (r.m.s. deviation = 0.005?Å), an arrangement stabilized by an intra-molecular N-H?O hydrogen bond. The terminal rings are twisted out of this plane, the dihedral angle formed with the benzene ring being 33.22?(10)°. The cyclo-hexyl ring is disordered, with two orientations (50:50) being resolved. The mean plane passing through the atoms of each disordered component forms dihedral angles of 65.7?(2) and 82.4?(3)° with the central plane. Centrosymmetric dimers mediated by an eight-membered {?HNC=S}(2) synthon occur in the crystal.

Project description:The title compound, C(14)H(10)BrN(3)O(3)S, crystallizes as two concomitant polymorphs that differ in colour (one yellow and one colourless). Only the structure of the colourless form could be determined. The mol-ecule exists in the thio-amide form with an intra-molecular N-H?O=C hydrogen bond across the thio-urea system. Mol-ecules are linked into layers parallel to (120) by Br?O(nitro) contacts [3.103?(1)?Å], classical hydrogen bonds from the other NH function to the S atom and N(nitro)?O=C contacts. The layers are linked by weak C-H?O(nitro) hydrogen bonds to produce the observed three-dimensional network.

Project description:The title urea derivative crystallizes as a monohydrate, C(19)H(27)N(3)O(2)·H(2)O. The central C(3)N grouping is almost planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.0092?Å), and the amide and pyridine groups are substanti-ally twisted out this plane [dihedral angles = 62.80?(12) and 34.98?(10)°, respectively]. Supra-molecular double chains propagating along the b-axis direction feature in the crystal packing whereby linear chains sustained by N-H?O hydrogen bonds formed between the amide groups are linked by helical chains of water mol-ecules (linked by O-H?O hydrogen bonds). The H atom that participates in these water chains is disordered over two positions of equal occupancy. The double chains are connected into a two-dimensional array by C-H?O contacts and the layers stack along the a axis.
