The crystal structure is further consolidated by weak C-H?? inter-actions.

Project description:The title compound, C32H29NP2S2, has two mol-ecules in the asymmetric unit, with an r.m.s. difference of 0.218 Å in their best-fit overlay. Both mol-ecules have a slightly distorted trigonal-planar N atom, bonded to two P(V) atoms and a C atom of the 4-ethyl-phenyl unit. The P-N-P angles of 126.34 (11) and 125.98 (11)° are larger than the four C-N-P bond angles. The two S atoms are trans to one another with respect to the P-N-P angle. The crystal structure features C-H⋯π inter-actions. The methyl group in one of the mol-ecules is disordered over two sets of sites, with occupancies of 0.518 (6) and 0.482 (6).

Project description:The title compound, [Rh(C(15)H(16)PS)(C(18)H(15)P)(CO)], was synthesized from the reaction of the ligand rac-[Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(CH(3))SH] with trans-[Rh(F)(CO)(PPh(3))(2)] in a 1:1 molar ratio in toluene. The Rh atom is four-coordinated in a distorted square-planar geometry with the P-S ligand [Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(CH(3))S] acting as a chelate and the PPh(3) and disordered CO [site occupation factors of 0.61 (5) and 0.39 (5)] ligands completing the coordination.

Project description:The title compound, [Co(C(30)H(23)O(2)P(2))(C(3)H(9)P)(2)], was synthesized by the addition of a Co(PMe(3))(4) solution to (PPh(2)O)(2)C(6)H(4). The Co(I) atom displays a trigonal-bipyramidal geometry with the two P atoms of the 'PCP' pincer ligand and the P atom of one of the trimethyl phosphine ligands forming the basal plane, whereas the metalated C atom and the P atom of the second phospine ligand occupy the apical sites. The Co-C distance is 1.961?(2)?Å and the C-Co-P angle is 171.96?(6)°.

Project description:In the title benzene-solvated heteroleptic lithium complex, [Li(C25H21P2S2)(C10H8N2)]·C6H6, the Li(I) ion is four-coordinated in a distorted tetra-hedral geometry by two S atoms and two N atoms of the two chelating ligands, viz. bis-(diphenyl-thio-phosphino-yl)methyl and 2,2'-bipyridine. The 2,2'-bipyridine mol-ecule is slightly twisted with a dihedral angle between the pyridine rings of 7.35?(12)°. Intra-molecular C-H?S hydrogen bonds are present. In the crystal, mol-ecules are stacked along the c axis by ?-? inter-actions, with centroid-centroid distances of 3.6021?(15) and 3.6401?(16)?Å. The crystal structure also features weak C-H?? inter-actions.
