The carbonyl groups are not in a coplanar alignment with reference to the neighbouring arene rings. The crystal packing features a number of weak C-H?F inter-actions, which leads to the formation of a three-dimensional network.

In the crystal structure, inter-molecular C-H?O inter-actions between symmetry-related mol-ecules involving two methyl-ene groups and an O atom as a bifurcated acceptor generate an R(2) (1)(6) ring motif. In the mol-ecule, one of the furan rings is rotationally disordered by approximately 180° about the single C-C bond to which it is attached; the refined site-occupancy factors are 0.505?(7) and 0.495?(7). The dihedral angle between the major disorder component and the other furan ring is 81.9?(4)°. In the crystal, the two molecules are linked via N-H?O hydrogen bonds, supported by weak C-H?O inter-actions, forming dimers enclosing an R 2 (2)(10) ring motif. The dimers are linked via C-H?O inter-actions, forming a three-dimensional structure.
