One mol-ecule is centrosymmetric with the mid-point of the N-N bond located on a center of inversion. In the other, which lies on a general position, the benzene rings are aligned at 21.6?(1)°. Weak inter-molecular C-H?O hydrogen bonding is present in the crystal strcture.
