ABSTRACT: In title compound, C(14)H(12)N(2)O(5)S, the dihedral angle between the sulfonyl benzene ring and the -SO(2)-NH-C-O segment is 81.5?(2)° and that between the sulfonyl and the benzoyl benzene rings is 89.8?(1)°. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked into chains along the b axis via inter-molecular N-H?O hydrogen bonds. C-H?O inter-actions are also observed.
