Fluoxetine, one of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), has been found to possess immune modulation effects, in addition to its antidepressant effects. However, it remains unclear whether SSRIs can suppress the antigen-presenting function of dendritic cells (DCs).
