ABSTRACT: The title compound, C(16)H(19)NO(2)S, crystallizes with two crystallographically independent mol-ecules in the asymmetric unit in which the dihedral angles between the planes defined by the aromatic rings are 35.3?(2) and 42.5?(2)°. In the crystal, inter-molecular C-H?O hydrogen bonds stabilize the packing.
