Six novel N(4)-substitutedphenyl-6-substitutedphenylmethyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4-diamines were synthesized as multiple receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitors and antitumor agents.
