ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(15)H(22)N(2)O, the octyl group adopts an all-trans conformation. In the crystal, mol-ecules form centrosymmetric dimers with an R(2) (2)(8) graph-set motif, linked by pairs of N-H?O hydrogen bonds. In addition, C-H?O contacts are observed.
