An intra-molecular N-H?O hydrogen bond makes an S(6) ring motif and the dihedral angle between the aromatic rings is 3.2?(3)°. The meta-O atom is disordered over two positions in a 0.809?(6):0.191?(6) ratio. The crystal structure features O-H?N and O-H?O hydrogen bonds.

Project description:The title compound, C(14)H(11)N(3)O(5), is essentially planar, with an r.m.s. deviation for the non-H atoms of 0.0832 (3) Å. In the crystal, O-H⋯O and N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds link adjacent mol-ecules into layers parallel to (101). These layers are further connected into a three-dimensional network via C-H⋯O inter-actions. In addition, a π-π inter-action occurs between the aromatic rings [centroid-centroid distance = 3.5425 (8) Å]. An intra-molecular O-H⋯N hydrogen bond is also observed.
