<h4>Purpose</h4>For patients with advanced melanoma, primary and secondary resistance to selective BRAF inhibition remains one of the most critically compelling challenges. One rationale argues that novel biologically informed strategies are needed to maximally cripple melanoma cells up front before compensatory mechanisms emerge.
