Covalent small-molecule-RNA complex formation enables cellular profiling of small-molecule-RNA interactions.

ABSTRACT: Won't let you go! A strategy is described to design small molecules that react with their cellular RNA targets. This approach not only improves the activity of compounds targeting RNA in cell culture by a factor of about 2500 but also enables cell-wide profiling of its RNA targets.
