Fluorous enzymatic synthesis of phosphatidylinositides.


ABSTRACT: A fluorous tagging strategy coupled with enzymatic synthesis is introduced to efficiently synthesize multiple phosphatidylinositides, which are then directly immobilized on a fluorous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane to probe protein-lipid interactions.
