<h4>Aims</h4>To determine if the presence of diabetes autoantibodies predicts the development of diabetes among participants in the Diabetes Prevention Program.<h4>Methods</h4>A total of 3050 participants were randomized into three treatment groups: intensive lifestyle intervention, metformin and placebo.
