Stimuli-responsive multimodality imaging agents have broad potential in medical diagnostics. Herein, we report the development of a new class of branched-bottlebrush polymer dual-modality organic radical contrast agents--ORCAFluors--for combined magnetic resonance and near-infrared fluorescence imaging in vivo.
