<h4>Purpose</h4>We examined the role of DNA copy number variants (CNVs) of known glaucoma genes in relation to primary open angle glaucoma (POAG).<h4>Methods</h4>Our study included DNA samples from two studies (NEIGHBOR and GLAUGEN).
