Inactivating MEN1 mutations are the most common genetic defects present in sporadic and inherited pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (PNETs). The lack of interventional therapies prompts us to explore the therapeutic approach of targeting β-catenin signalling in MEN1-mutant PNETs.
