Metaphyseal anadysplasia (MANDP) is an uncommon chondrodysplasia characterized by early-onset metaphyseal dysplasia and short stature that improves with age. MANDP is caused by mutations in the matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) 9 and 13 genes.
