Histamine functionalized poly(allyl glycidyl ether)-<i>b</i>-poly(ethylene glycol)-<i>b</i>-poly(allyl glycidyl ether) (PAGE-PEO-PAGE) triblock copolymers represent a new class of physically cross-linked, pH-responsive hydrogels with significant potential for biomedical applications.
