The VEGF polymorphisms has been implicated in the susceptibility to lung cancer, but the results are not conclusive. The aim of this study is to investigate the association between the VEGF polymorphisms and the risk of lung cancer by meta-analysis. We searched PubMed, Embase, CNKI and Wanfang databases.
