Draft Genome Sequence of Mycobacterium heraklionense Strain Davo.

ABSTRACT: We report the draft genome sequence of Mycobacterium heraklionense strain Davo, isolated from a fine-needle aspirate of a right-ankle soft-tissue mass. This is the first draft genome sequence of Mycobacterium heraklionense, a nonpigmented rapidly growing mycobacterium.
