The cDNA sequence, their structure, physical properties, signal peptide, hydrophobicity, hydrophilicity, subcellular localization domain of transmembrane domain and evolutionary relationship of encoded amino acid sequences were analyzed in squalene synthase of 9 species of ginseng plant using bioinformatics methods on GenBank.
