Two main signaling pathways, PI3K-AKT-mTOR and RAS-MAPK, are involved in transmitting the proliferative signals which play critical roles in human cancers. However, the functions of these pathways in Xp11.2 RCC remain undefined. This study aimed to explore the expression of mTOR and MAPK cascades in Xp11.2 RCC and to assess the prognostic significance of proteins evaluated.
