Ubiquitin-specific protease 42 (USP42) is a member of deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs). The alterations of DUBs are implicated in the pathogenesis of a wide variety of tumors. However, there are few studies on the expression and biological function of USP42 in gastric cancer (GC).
