<h4>Objectives</h4>Few genetic causes of exocrine pancreatic dysfunction have been described to date. We identified a family with multiple affected members manifesting exocrine pancreatic dysfunction. Additional associated features included facial rash, sparse hair, hypohidrosis, and swelling of the extremities.
