This work aims to demonstrate the need for in silico design via numerical simulation to produce optimal Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>-based magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) for magnetic hyperthermia by minimizing the impact of intracellular environments on heating efficiency.
