A live-attenuated malaria vaccine, <i>Plasmodium falciparum</i> sporozoite vaccine (PfSPZ Vaccine), confers sterile protection against controlled human malaria infection (CHMI) with <i>Plasmodium falciparum</i> (Pf) parasites homologous to the vaccine strain up to 14 mo after final vaccination.
