<b>Background</b> The objective of the present study was to determine the optimum dosage of probiotic in the diet of keureling fish ( <i>Tor tambra</i>) fry. <b>Methods</b><i>Lactobacillus casei</i> from Yakult® was used as a starter, and enhanced with <i>Curcuma xanthorrhiza</i>, <i>Kaempferia galanga</i> and molasses.
