In this paper, [(La<sub>0.9</sub>Sr<sub>0.1</sub>MnO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>n</sub>/(Pa<sub>0.9</sub>Ca<sub>0.1</sub>MnO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>n</sub>/(La<sub>0.9</sub>Sb<sub>0.1</sub>MnO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>n</sub>]<sub>m</sub> superlattices films have been deposited on (001) Nb:SrTiO<sub>3</sub> substrates by a laser molecular-beam epitaxy technology.
