ABSTRACT: We report here the whole genome sequence of Pseudomonas syringae PDD-32b-74, a gammaproteobacterium isolated from cloud water. This microorganism is equipped with ice-nucleation protein and biosurfactant genes that could potentially be involved in physicochemical processes in the atmosphere and clouds.
