HOXA10 has emerged as an important molecular marker of endometrial receptivity. Recurrent implantation failure (RIF) after <i>in vitro</i> fertilization-embryo transplantation (IVF-ET) treatment is associated with impaired endometrial receptivity, but the exact underlying mechanism of this phenomenon remains elusive.
