<h4>Purpose</h4>PGN650 is a F(ab')<sub>2</sub> antibody fragment that targets phosphatidylserine (PS), a marker normally absent that becomes exposed on tumor cells and tumor vasculature in response to oxidative stress and increases in response to therapy.
