Evidence suggests that nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) may improve patient survival in <i>PIK3CA</i>-mutant colorectal carcinoma, but not in <i>PIK3CA</i>-wild-type carcinoma.
