Understanding functions of Foxp3<sup>+</sup> regulatory T cells (Tregs) during allergic airway inflammation remains incomplete. In this study, we report that, during cockroach Ag-induced allergic airway inflammation, Foxp3<sup>+</sup> Tregs are rapidly mobilized into the inflamed lung tissues.
