The study determined factors associated with patient-reported receipt of survivorship care plans and/or treatment summaries (SCP/TS). Two hundred forty female young adult cancer survivors ages 18-44 completed a web-based survey that included self-report on receiving SCP/TS. Mean age was 32.8 (standard deviation 5.8) years; 20% were diagnosed with cancer at age <21. Only 47% reported receipt of SCP/TS.
