Spinoglenoid cyst (SGC) is a ganglion arising in the spinoglenoid notch and is thought to be related to SLAP lesion. This cyst often compresses the suprascapular nerve in the spinoglenoid notch. Symptomatic cysts require surgical treatment when conservative treatment fails.
