Late leaf spot (LLS; <i>Cercosporidium personatum</i>) is a major fungal disease of cultivated peanut (<i>Arachis hypogaea</i>). A recombinant inbred line population segregating for quantitative field resistance was used to identify quantitative trait loci (QTL) using QTL-seq.
