Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common neoplasms worldwide. However, the mechanisms underlying its development are still poorly understood. Thyroid hormone Receptor Interactor 13 (TRIP13) is a key mitosis regulator, and recent evidence has shown that it is an oncogene.
