DNA damage-specific histone chaperone Aprataxin PNK-like factor (APLF) regulates mesenchymal-to-epithelial transition (MET) during cellular reprogramming. We investigated the role of APLF in epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) linked to breast cancer invasiveness and metastasis.
