Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH)-deficient renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a rare RCC subtype that is caused by biallelic mutation of one of the four subunits of the SDH complex (<i>SDHA</i>, <i>B</i>, <i>C</i>, and <i>D</i>) and results in inactivation of the SDH enzyme.
