RsbW, an anti-sigma factor possessing kinase activity, is expressed by many Gram-positive bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus. To obtain clues about the domain structure and the folding-unfolding mechanism of RsbW, we have elaborately studied rRsbW, a recombinant S. aureus RsbW.
