Endophytic bacteria are known to produce a wide array of bioactive secondary metabolites with beneficial effects on human health. In the current study, a novel endophytic bacterial strain, <i>Bacillus amyloliquefaciens</i> RWL-1, was isolated from the seeds of Oryza sativa.
