To investigate whether the <i>ech42</i> gene in <i>Clonostachysrosea</i> can improve the biocontrol efficacy of <i>Bacillus amyloliquefaciens</i> and its molecular mechanism. Compared to the wild type, the <i>B. amyloliquefaciens</i> transformed with the ech42 gene exhibited higher chitinase activity.
