Bilateral ophthalmic-ethmoidal dural arteriovenous fistulas (DAVFs) are extremely rare and may present as complex lesions. These DAVFs are associated with high risk of intracranial hemorrhage but can be presented with ocular symptoms, cranial nerve palsy or epistaxis.
