The inherent antioxidant function of poly(propylene sulfide) (PPS) microspheres (MS) was dissected for different reactive oxygen species (ROS), and therapeutic benefits of PPS-MS were explored in models of diabetic peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and mechanically induced post-traumatic osteoarthritis (PTOA).
