ABSTRACT: Four distinct fluorescent states are achieved in a single Weak-Link Approach (WLA) construct bearing pyrene and tetraphenylethene moieties. The fluorescence of the compound in both the solution and solid phases can be manipulated through reversible coordination chemistry at the PtII center.
