A series of analogues of <i>Pseudonocardia</i> sp. natural products were synthesized, which have been reported to possess potent antibacterial activity against <i>Helicobacter pylori</i> and induce growth defects in <i>Escherichia coli</i> and <i>Staphylococcus aureus</i>.
