Biodegradable poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(-lactic acid) (PEG-<i>b</i>-PLA) nanoparticles (NPs) were prepared by nanoprecipitation with controlled dimension and with different electric charges, as monitored by dynamic light scattering (DLS).
